Basile eyewear was designed by Paolo Seminara, the legendary founder of Vogue.

Due to the reason that through the years acetate deformes, the glasses (especially temples) are not perfectly symmetrical. Any optician can easily fix it with very little effort, by heating up the acetate and molding it to give the glasses a symmetrical shape again.
